Concept, UX, Design and Creative Direction for the new site of the biggest second hand car dealer in the UK.
The main goal was to elevate the product perception by offering a more premium and personalised experience.
The project required a brand new design system to ensure consistency, which was one of the main drivers of trust and brand perception issues.
I worked collaboratively with main stakeholders to deliver a set of brand new features like the lifestyle search, enhanced by CGI reactive animations, or a 360 POV of the car as the hero image in the product page.
